This notice explains how GMS (“we”), part of Jeweal Prosoft, collects and uses the personal data you provide through this account request.
Your name, email, phone number and account type, and — for a business account — company name, tax ID, website and address details. We also record the date, time and source of your submission.
To create and activate your GMS trial account, to contact you about onboarding, and to provide support.
The consent you give on this form and our legitimate interest in responding to an account request you started.
GMS / Jeweal Prosoft staff who handle onboarding and support, and service providers who host our systems under confidentiality terms. We do not sell your personal data.
We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterwards. Subject to applicable law (including Thailand's PDPA) you may ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, or withdraw consent. Email privacy@gms-stone.com.
Your free trial is provided as-is for evaluation. Account activation is subject to verification of the details you provide. Full commercial terms are shared before any paid subscription begins.
